Return Policy

All returns must be in resalable Condition in Original Packaging. No used, installed, Dirty parts or Packaging.  No Returns on Gasket Sets that Have Original Plastic Opened. We will accept Returns up to 30 Days after the Purchase Date. All Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #), Please email or Call US for RMA #. For more info on Restock Fees, Please see the Proper category below for more info: Replacement Parts or Whole Goods which include Engines, Short Blocks, Transaxles, Hydro Pumps and Wheel Motors.

Parts Returns: All Parts returns will have a 20% Restock Fee. Return Shipping is the Customers Responsibility.

Whole Goods Returns (Engines, Short Blocks, Transaxles, Hydro Pumps and Wheel Motors): Due to the Very High Shipping Prices on these items, please verify you are 100% ordering the correct item. If you question if you are ordering the correct item, please contact us by Phone or Thru Email to Verify.  Restock Fee will be the Original Outbound Shipping plus 20%. Customer will also be responsible for the Return Shipping Costs. All Engines are required to Be Returned LCL Commercial Freight to Limit Damage. If you ship an engine back to us by UPS or FEDEX and Arrives Damaged to us your Package may be refused. Customer is responsible for purchasing Return Shipping Insurance.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty Policy

Pat's Small Engine Plus gives no warranty on any item we sell. All warranties are given by the manufacturer of the particular item and are subject to their policies. Electrical items such as modules, coils and other electrical components are tested prior to shipment and may not be returned for warranty or credit if it is not in the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy. Shipping Costs for Returning a Warranty Item Is the buyer’s responsibility.
