BACKORDERS 

Pat's Small Engine Plus tries its best to keep all items in stock. If an item is backordered or is no longer available we will notify you within 1 business day. Back ordered items are checked every week.  Items on back order may become no longer available.  All ETA's (Estimated Time of Arrival)  given by vendors are an estimate.  We cannot guarantee these ETA's.   All orders are shipped complete. If an item on your order is on backorder and you wish to have the remaining items shipped an additional $7.95 will need to be paid for. ALL BACK ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING.   Cancelled backorders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special order items:
Items that are considered Special Order (items that are not normally stocked) are not returnable. Special orders must be purchased prior to shipment. Cancelled special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
