How To Use This Website and Placing Orders Online
 
1. Follow the category links to the item you are interested in.
 
2. Change desired quantity.
 
3. Click on Add to cart.
If the site will not allow you to add an item please make sure you are accepting cookies, if the page gives you an error it is our fault and please email us at info@psep.biz or call us at 763-413-1344 and tell us the item number and what page it is on and we will fix it ASAP. 
 
4. After item is added - click ok.
 
5. If you are ready to check out go to the top of the webpage and click on CHECK OUT.
If you want to keep shopping after adding an item you must use our Previous Page link at the top of the webpage to go back a page.
 
6. Fill in info and shipping method in full and submit.

If  for some reason you find a better price, please email us at info@psep.biz or call us at 763-413-1344 and we will beat or match any price on lawn care and small engine products.  We will give an additional 5% off of the competitors price. Only on items starting with TEC, BS, KOH, H, S, O, & ROT, AYP, MUR, MTD.   The best price must include shipping and handling charges and does not include other companies specials, E-bay, or clearance prices.
 

Pricing
Due to the ever changing prices of parts, our online prices are subject to change.

Sales
We Have a $10 minimum order fee. All orders under $10 will be charged an additional $3 handling fee. All prices are for internet, mail and phone orders. We accept all Major Credit Cards and PayPal. If you are a resident of Canada, we accept money orders and Paypal only as long as the customer is verified, please email us or call first for a shipping quote.  Our website does not provide an inventory count.  If you wish to check stock on an item you may call us Twin Cities Metro: 763-413-1344 Ext 4.
 

Shipping Outside the Continental 48 States-
including Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO's and FPO's.
(Please note: We do not ship overseas.)
We are now shipping outside the Continental United States through the United States Postal Service Airmail (4-10 days). Please follow the steps below for ordering instructions.
1) Shipping Quote: please send an email to info@psep.biz, include the part #'s of the items you are interested in purchasing and your physical and email address and we will respond to your shipping inquiry usually within 1 hour during normal operating business hours. MON-THUR 9am-7pm, FRI 9am-3pm and SAT 10am-2pm Central Standard Time.
2) Paying by Credit Card (US billing addresses only): You will be provided a toll free # in your shipping quote to call if you would like to place your order over the phone or you may use our mail order form - click here. Due to the growing number of credit card fraud purchases, we will only ship to the Credit Card Billing Address that is verified. If we do not receive a AVS Match by our processor we will not ship your order. You will be notified and will need to place your order through the mail. Since we are unable to verify any credit cards outside the United States, we will only accept payments from Canada through a money order, please go to step 3.
3) Paying by Money Order: This option is for shipping to other addresses other than your credit card billing address and those outside the United States. You can use our mail order form - click here. Or if you do not have a printer, please send us your name, address, the items you want to purchase with price, add the shipping quote we gave you, and send it to Pat's Small Engine Plus, 680 EAST DUAL BLVD, ISANTI MN 55040 accompanied with the Money Order and we will ship out the part the same or next day after the funds arrive. Remember to take the additional 5% discount off your order if it is over $300.00.
4) Paying by Paypal - Please note if you are Paypal verified you can use the website as normal, there is no Canada option but you may use the United States option. Send us the difference of the shipping through Paypal separately and we will get your items shipped out ASAP. If you are not Paypal Verified we can not ship the items out due to no vendor protection. Sales Tax:
All Minnesota residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax and/or a transit tax if your zip code is within the designated zones.

Include our item number, price, and quantity requested. Add an additional $6.95 for shipping and 6.5% tax for Minnesota residents. Due to many problems with checks and insufficient funds from personal checks and return fees from our bank, personal checks will no longer be accepted.

Privacy Statement:
All information we collect from you will be used in our company only. We will not provide or sell any information to any other company or organization. The only e-mail's you will receive from us will be for order confirmation or shipping status.

Shipping:
Standard residential shipping is $6.95 (for the complete order - not per item) in the Continental United StatesHawaii and Alaska must ship by Second Day Air. If you are ordering from Hawaii or Alaska, please click the second day shipping option or you will receive delays in your order.   Second Day Air and Overnight Shipping  prices are guaranteed up to 5lbs and non-oversized packages, anything over 5lbs and/or is an oversized package will receive a shipping quote. If any shipping change is needed you will be contacted by PSEP with a price quote. All orders are shipped Via UPS or USPS please be aware of UPS www.ups.com , and USPS www.usps.com shipping policies and guarantees.  Please allow USPS shipments 5-7 business days for delivery and UPS shipments 3-5 pending your location after order is placed.  USPS shipments do not have tracking information. All engine orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address. Most orders are shipped out by us or one of our distributors within two days unless item is backordered, in which we will notify you. Tracking #'s are available upon email request only at info@psep.biz, UPS will automatically send tracking information via e-mail.  If you do not supply us with an e-mail address you will not get tracking info.

Backorders:
Pat's Small Engine Plus tries its best to keep all items in stock. If an item is backordered or is no longer available we will notify you within 1 business day. Back ordered items are checked every week.  Items on back order may become no longer available. All orders are shipped complete. If an item on your order is on backorder and you wish to have the remaining items shipped an additional $6.95 with need to be paid for. ALL BACK ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Cancelled backorders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special order items:
Items that are considered Special Order (items that are not normally stocked) are not returnable. Special orders must be purchased prior to shipment. Cancelled special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days no exceptions. No returns on used or installed parts. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, 10% restocking fee if correct item is reordered and no restocking fee if it is our own shipping error. Shipping cost is the customers responsibility for incorrect orders, warranty returns and credit unless it is our error. Any orders returned MUST HAVE AN RA#(return authorization number), items that are returned without an RA# will be handled at our discretion. Any item/s that are altered in any way voids warranty and may not be returned for credit. If you need to return an item please email info@psep.biz or call us for proper item return instructions. Warranty returns may take up to 1 month to process.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be phoned in by 12PM Central time on same business day of order no exceptions. If cancelled after 12PM Central time we can't guarantee the order hasn't shipped. On orders placed after 12PM Central time you have until the next business day, 12PM Central time.


Warranty:
Pat's Small Engine Plus gives no warranty on any item we sell. All warranties are given by the manufacturer of the particular item and are subject to there policies. Electrical items such as modules, coils and other electrical components are tested prior to shipment and may not be returned for warranty or credit.
