SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

 

Shipping Outside the Continental 48 States-
(Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO's, FPO's and other U.S. territories.
*Please note: We will no longer be shipping to Canada or internationally as of 3/1/10

1) Shipping Quote: please send an email to info@psep.biz, include the part #'s of the items you are interested in purchasing and your physical shipping address and email address and we will respond to your shipping inquiry.  Expected response time is usually within one business day during normal operating business hours. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST

2) Paying by Credit Card (
US billing addresses only): You will be provided a # in your shipping quote to call if you would like to place your order over the phone, or you may use our mail order form - click here. Due to the growing number of credit card fraud purchases, we will only ship to the Credit Card Billing Address that is verified. If we do not receive an AVS match by our processor we will not ship your order. You will be notified and will need to place your order through the mail.

 

Shipping:

 We ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS, at our discretion, depending on the order. Please be aware of UPS www.ups.com, FedEx www.fedex.com and USPS www.usps.com shipping policies and guarantees
Standard residential shipping is $9.95 (for the complete order - not per item) in the Continental United States

 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our facility.

Standard Shipping time is about 5-7 business days** to receive an order. All orders received after 12PM CST are processed the next business day.

Most orders are shipped out by us or one of our distributors within two business days of receiving your order with a cleared payment***, unless item is backordered, in which we will notify you.

If you are ordering from Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam, please CONTACT US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.

Second Day Air and Overnight Shipping prices are guaranteed up to 5lbs and non-oversized packages, anything over 5lbs and/or is an oversized package will receive a shipping quote (We will contact you with a shipping quote and the order will be placed on hold, until we have a response. If any shipping change is needed you will be contacted by PSEP with a price quote.

Please note that expedited shipping does not start until we actually ship it out of our location. Example: if you place an order after 12pm CST Tuesday it will not start 2nd Day or Next Day shipping until Wednesday, when it ships out. Please note that you cannot count the day the item is picked up as part of the transit time. Weekends are not considered a business day and expedited shipments will resume on the next business day. 

UPS will automatically send tracking information via e-mail.  If you do not supply us with an e-mail address you will not get tracking info.  Please note that the tracking information might go to your spam or junk folder, please check there before contacting us for a tracking number.

All engine orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT ENGINES CAN NOT BE SHIPPED NEXT DAY AIR OR SECOND DAY AIR, AND WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED GROUND*

**Shipping time does not start until have we have received your order, and payment has cleared.
***Please make sure you enter in your correct billing address, as our credit card verification system flags any orders with incorrect billing information; your order will not process and will be placed on hold, until it is corrected, which will delay your order processing in a timely manner. We will contact you either by phone or email, to have the information corrected.

 If there is an error in shipping such as items missing, parts damaged or wrong item's shipped, these errors must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
